InterLink for Patran(R) is a software tool developed by FractureProof Research Limited Company. It is designed to interface with Patran(R), a product of Hexagon AB through its MSC Software division.
Professional-use caution:
The Software may be used in engineering or technical workflows; however, it is provided as a convenience tool only. You are solely responsible for independent verification, validation, and review of all inputs, outputs, models, and results produced using the Software. Do not use the Software as the sole basis for design decisions, safety-critical determinations, or compliance/qualification activities.
No warranty:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FractureProof Research Limited Company DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, title, and quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Limitation of liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN NO EVENT shall FractureProof Research Limited Company (including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or agents) be liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to the Software or its use, inability to use, or performance, including without limitation: direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data; loss of profits or revenue; business interruption; cost of substitute goods/services; or claims by third parties, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of FractureProof Research Limited Company for all claims shall be limited to the greater of (a) USD $1.00 or (b) the amount you paid for the Software.
